Who are our Saving Services agents?
On the phone or at a service point, our Saving Services staff will help you through the retirement savings process. They'll also answer all your questions with transparency; at the Fonds, no one is paid on a commission basis!

The welcome call
One of our agents always calls new Fonds savers to welcome them to the Fonds' extended family! This is a practice we hold close to our hearts
A human touch
At the Fonds, we prefer humans to robots. When you call Saving Services, you'll speak directly to one of our agents, without getting lost in a labyrinth of phone options!
Short wait times
Nobody likes to be put on hold! At Saving Services, we do our utmost to answer you in under 90 seconds and thereby offer you a response time that sets itself apart!
Our duty is to help savers by providing them with all the appropriate information they need from the very first point of contact. We never hesitate to take the time to reach out to them again if additional information can be useful for them!
