Where can I change my address or update my personal informations?
Log in to your account, then click My profile in the drop-down menu. There, you will find a section dedicated to your contact information.
Step 1:
Log in to your account, then:
- Click on the My account button or the person icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select My profile from the drop-down menu.
Step 2:
Click the pencil icon to the right of a section to edit information.
- Enter your new contact information and the effective date of the change.
- Click Confirm.
Your new contact information will be automatically updated on the date you specified.
Program your address change
No need to wait until you move to change your address! Simply indicate the date you want the change to take effect. Your file will be automatically updated on that date.
