How do I know if I am eligible to offer payroll deduction to my employees?

You must have at least one employee that will register for payroll deductions, and than make monthly remittances and payments.

You must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Have at least one employee who is not an owner of the company.
  • Ensure that at least one employee who is not an owner of the company has registered for payroll deductions within 30 days of opening your account.
  • Make monthly remittances and payments.
