The Fonds de solidarité FTQ will study and process your file in an unbiased way, confidentially and in full respect of the people involved.
If after contacting us you’re still not satisfied with the answer or treatment you’ve received, you can request your file be forwarded to a manager.
The manager will analyze the problem and contact you within two working days.
In most cases, issues will be resolved in the previous steps. If this isn’t the case, however, you can submit a complaint in writing detailing the facts of the issue, why you’re unsatisfied and corrective measures desired and send it to the address below. The Fonds de solidarité FTQ will respond in writing within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
