3 things to know about our call centre agents

The welcome call

One of our agents always calls new Fonds savers to welcome them to the Fonds' extended family! This is a practice we hold close to our hearts

A human touch

At the Fonds, we prefer humans to robots. When you call Saving Services, you'll speak directly to one of our agents, without getting lost in a labyrinth of phone options!

Short wait times

Nobody likes to be put on hold! At Saving Services, we do our utmost to answer you in under 90 seconds and thereby offer you a response time that sets itself apart!

Our duty is to help savers by providing them with all the appropriate information they need from the very first point of contact. We never hesitate to take the time to reach out to them again if additional information can be useful for them!

Maxime, Saving Services Agent

Service point staff

They are in the best position to describe what they do on a day-to-day basis!

"One day, a family came to our branch to make a withdrawal under the HBP program. They were so happy to finally be able to buy their first home that they came to the Fonds as a group to celebrate!"

Hélène, Support agent, Montréal service point

"The savers who come see me are retired and want to stay invested with the Fonds for a long time to come. They are satisfied with the performance and quality of service. During their annual visit, they're excited to tell me about the many projects they have in mind."
