Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

When you provide us with personal information, you consent to its collection, use and disclosure for the purposes indicated at the time of collection, including those described above. In certain circumstances, we may request your consent after the collection of your personal information, in particular if the Fonds immobilier wishes to use or disclose your information for purposes that were not previously determined.

Disclosures and Transfers Outside Québec

The Fonds immobilier may disclose your personal information to partners or service providers, or to public authorities, in the course of assessing your application. This may include recruitment firms or companies providing assessment platforms designed to help identify top talent. Your personal information is generally kept in Québec. However, disclosing personal information to certain technology solution providers may result in its transfer outside Québec. In such cases, the Fonds immobilier first validates the laws and personal information protection practices applicable in the relevant territory and ensures that your personal information is adequately protected.
