Before you begin, make sure you meet all of the following criteria. You must:

  • Employ at least one person other than yourself
  • Make monthly remittances and payments
  • Ensure the enrollment of at least one person other than yourself in payroll deduction

You'll also need the following information:

  • Payroll frequency and schedule
  • The name of your payroll software or subcontractor
