Can I transfer the RRSP I hold at my bank to buy Fonds shares?

No. You cannot use an RRSP that you hold at another institution to buy shares of the Fonds.
However, you can repay your HBP from another financial institution by contributing to an RRSP+. At the same time, you'll enjoy an additional 30% in tax savings!
