    • Former Molson Brewery site

      Montréal, Qc

      Acquisition of 1.2 million square feet of land for the construction of some 5,750 residential units, including social, affordable and family housing, 350,000 square feet of office space and 200,000 square feet of commercial space. The project includes a park with a view of the St. Lawrence River.

      The largest mixed-use project in Laval consisting of 1.3 million square feet of leasable area, including ground-floor commercial space, offices, 700 residential units, a 180-room hotel, 1,400 parking spots and green space. Aiming for LEED® Gold and LEED ND certification. Obtained LEED® v4 ND certification for neighbourhood development Seeking LEED® Platinum v4 BD+C (office building core and shell). Obtained Wiredscore Silver certification (office tower)

      Montréal

      A landmark project in Montréal’s Quartier des spectacles consisting of two 58- and 61-storey buildings linked by a skyway. This project will feature a commercial area and office space totalling 81,000 square feet of rental space and 1,750 residential units.

      6710 du Quartier Boulevard

      Brossard QC

      A vast mixed-use eco-friendly Transit-Oriented Development on Montréal’s South Shore, near the future light rail system (REM). The development will consist of three components plus a hotel, conference centre and multi-use complex (a residential component totalling 5 000 units, a business component totalling 600,000 square feet, a commercial component totalling 500,000 square feet). A public event space with a capacity of 5,000 will be built facing the commuter train station and a 129,000-square-foot park will be laid out in the centre of the neighbourhood.
