Real estate fund

A flagship mission

Since its inception in 1991, the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ has been promoting economic growth and employment in Québec by investing in profitable and socially responsible real estate projects in partnership with other industry leaders.
Year after year, the Fonds immobilier has successfully adapted to market trends, adjusting its investment strategy and revisiting its asset classes in order to optimize its investments and generate positive returns for the shareholder-savers of the Fonds de solidarité FTQ.
A distinctive development strategy

The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ invests in asset classes with strong growth potential, including mixed-use, residential, office, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. We also have a $400-million portfolio dedicated to social infrastructure projects such as public schools, sports and cultural centres, libraries and others in order to offer quality services to Quebecers. These projects are carried out in conjunction with the government, cities and municipalities. The Fonds immobilier has been offering property management services for office, commercial, industrial and institutional properties since 2019.
