Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ – Québec City supports business succession at Revêtement de la Capitale

The Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ – Québec City is supporting the business succession plan of Revêtement de la Capitale, a leading provider of building envelope solutions for medium- and large-scale construction projects across Québec, helping secure the company's long-term viability in the region.

Founded more than 20 years ago by Denis Dussault, Revêtement de la Capitale has built a strong reputation and established close business relationships with many of the province's leading general contractors.

To ensure the company's continued success, Mr. Dussault partnered with ANGUS Capital, a private investment fund dedicated to supporting Québec entrepreneurship and business succession, along with key employees involved in the company's operations. The transaction will support the company's continued growth while strengthening the role of the successor team.

This second acquisition in fewer than two years reflects ANGUS Capital's ambition to become a leading player in Québec's building envelope industry.
