Le Hector 271 unit rental project begins in Laval

VELYON and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ today announced the start of construction on Le Hector, a new multiresidential rental development located at 700 boulevard des Laurentides in Laval. The 98 million $ project will help meet strong rental demand in a rapidly revitalizing area.
Well connected to major highways (A-15, A-440 and Viau bridge), public transit (2 kilometres from the De la Concorde and Cartier metro stations) and bike paths, Le Hector will feature 271 rental units across 7 storeys along with 248 indoor parking spaces.
Each unit has been carefully designed to maximize natural light. The project will offer a variety of configurations suited to different household needs ranging from well-planned studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom units. First occupancies are slated for spring 2027. Residents will have access to a suite of common areas designed for comfort and connection, including an urban chalet, a rooftop pool and terrace, a fitness centre, a reception room, children’s play areas and co-working spaces.
