Martin Raymond Appointed President and CEO of Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ

Martin Raymond has over 25 years of experience and an impressive track record in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ in 2020 as Senior Vice-President, Real Estate Investments, Mr. Raymond worked for prominent organizations such as Deloitte, Ivanhoé Cambridge and Cushman & Wakefield in strategic development, valuation, investment and asset management for real estate projects in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, Europe and emerging countries.
In his new role, he will be supported by 100 professionals as the organization continues to move forward in delivering on its mission and acting as an industry catalyst for the development of residential projects, which include social, community and affordable housing, as well as for industrial, office and mixed-use projects across Québec.

A chartered appraiser recognized by the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec and the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Martin Raymond earned an undergraduate degree from ESG-UQAM and holds an executive MBA in real estate. Mr. Raymond served on the IDU board of directors from 2017 to 2023.
