The Fonds de solidarité FTQ may disclose your personal information to FlexiFonds de solidarité FTQ inc., partners, service providers or public authorities, including businesses that carry out bank withdrawals on our behalf, data hosting and business analysis providers, survey and marketing agencies, etc.
Your personal information is usually stored in Québec. However, the disclosure of financial information to certain technology solution providers may result in such data being transferred outside of Québec. In such cases, the Fonds validates beforehand the applicable personal data protection laws and practices in the given jurisdiction and ensures that your personal information is appropriately protected.
