    • District Union

      Terrebonne

      Multi phase real estate project designed to meet the needs of modern families by serving more than one generation on the same site. fridöm , the project’s first complex, consists of 172 boutique apartments, a commercial ground floor and common areas. REZ Yimby, the second phase of District Union, will offer 162 units geared to families and millennials.

      Laval, Qc

      The largest mixed-use project in Laval consisting of 1.3 million square feet of leasable area, including ground-floor commercial space, offices, 700 residential units, a 180-room hotel, 1,400 parking spots and green space. Aiming for LEED® Gold and LEED ND certification.

      Montréal

      A landmark project in Montréal’s Quartier des spectacles consisting of two 58- and 61-storey buildings linked by a skyway. This project will feature a commercial area and office space totalling 81,000 square feet of rental space and 1,750 residential units.

    • Site of 16 place du commerce on L'Île-des-Soeurs

      Montréal

      Acquisition of 65,400 square feet of land just steps from the future REM station on Île-des-Soeurs, to develop a mixed project centred on public transit.

      Acquisition of 1.2 million square feet of land for the construction of some 5,750 residential units, including social, affordable and family housing, 350,000 square feet of office space and 200,000 square feet of commercial space. The project includes a 142,000 ft2 park with a view of the St. Lawrence River.

      6710 du Quartier Boulevard

      Brossard QC

      A vast mixed-use eco-friendly Transit-Oriented Development on Montréal’s South Shore, near the future light rail system (REM). The development will consist of three components plus a hotel, conference centre and multi-use complex (a residential component totalling 4,300 units, a business component totalling 600,000 square feet, a commercial component totalling 500,000 square feet). A public event space with a capacity of 5,000 will be built facing the commuter train station and a 129,000-square-foot park will be laid out in the centre of the neighbourhood.
