Active asset management

    • Espace Montmorency

      1900 Jacques-Tétreault Street

      Laval, Qc

      The largest mixed-use project in Laval consisting of 1.3 million square feet of leasable area, including ground-floor commercial space, offices, 700 residential units, a 180-room hotel, 1,400 parking spots and green space. Aiming for LEED® Gold and LEED ND certification.

      Montréal

      A project consisting of two towers in Montreal’s Quartier des spectacles that once completed, will offer 1 000 condos, 600 rental units and 51,000 square feet of retail space. Aiming for LEED® certification.

    • Solar Uniquartier

      6710 du Quartier Boulevard

      Brossard QC

      A vast mixed-use eco-friendly Transit-Oriented Development on Montréal’s South Shore, near the future light rail system (REM). The development will consist of three components plus a hotel, conference centre and multi-use complex (a residential component totalling 4,300 units, a business component totalling 600,000 square feet, a commercial component totalling 500,000 square feet). A public event space with a capacity of 5,000 will be built facing the commuter train station and a 129,000-square-foot park will be laid out in the centre of the neighbourhood.

      2300 Tupper Street

      Montréal Qc

      A mixed-use redevelopment project of the former Montréal Children’s Hospital site that will consist of proximity services and 1,200 residential units, including condos, apartments and affordable housing.
