We look for quality real estate projects in the residential, office, commercial, industrial and institutional markets that are in line with the latest market trends.  We get involved at the very early stages of the project, offering innovative, effective investment solutions.

Strict risk management guides the Fonds immobilier’s investment decisions, which are underpinned by a diversification strategy that revolves around:

  • The formation of strategic partnerships with industry leaders that employ socially responsible practices
  • Making investments in real estate projects at the start-up phase through equity financing, mezzanine loans or equity loans
  • Creating and preserving jobs in the construction and real estate sectors
