Results of the election held on October 17, 2024
At the last annual general meeting of shareholders, a ballot was held to elect four members of the board from among the candidates selected following a public call for nominations. The four candidates with the most votes, including proxy votes, were elected to serve on the board of directors until the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
