Ani Castonguay appointed Vice-President, Marketing and External Communications
The Fonds de solidarité FTQ is pleased to welcome Ani Castonguay as Vice-President, Marketing and External Communications and as a member of its Executive Committee.
In her new role, Ani Castonguay will contribute to the development and implementation of the Fonds' marketing, external communications and government relations strategies to support its mission and strengthen its impact.
"What inspires me most about joining the Fonds de solidarité FTQ is the idea at the heart of its mission: that by working together, we can contribute to a better retirement for Québec workers while building stronger, more sustainable businesses. I am eager to play my part in advancing this mission. In today's challenging economic climate, I believe in the power of this idea more than ever," says Ani Castonguay.
Over the course of her more than 20-year career, Ani Castonguay has worked at major Québec organizations, including Bombardier, BCE and La Caisse (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec), where she held leadership positions for nearly 15 years.
Her professional experience has given her an in-depth understanding of the economic, institutional and reputational issues shaping today's business environment. Known for her creativity, curiosity and pragmatism, she is also an engaging leader who combines vision and influence with the ability to deliver.
Ani Castonguay holds a master's degree in international communication from American University in Washington and a bachelor's degree in communication (journalism) from UQAM. Deeply committed to her community, she has served on several boards of directors and actively supports organizations working in education, health, research and economic development.
