    Contest period

    The "The 80s Game" contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is organized by the Fonds de solidarité des Travailleurs et des Travailleuses du Québec (FTQ) (hereinafter referred to as the "Fonds" or "Fonds de solidarité FTQ") as part of its marketing activities. The Contest will run exclusively in the Province of Québec from 12:01 a.m. on June 9, 2025, to 6:00 p.m. on June 23, 2025.

    Contest entry terms and conditions

    Eligibility

    1. This Contest is open to any person aged 18 and older who is a tax resident of the Province of Québec. To be eligible for the Contest, a person has to enter between June 9 and June 23, 2025, in the manner described below.
    2. Employees and directors of the Fonds and its network (Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ, Fonds locaux de solidarité FTQ, Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and FlexiFonds de solidarité FTQ inc.), local representatives, employees of the Fédération des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec, and members of their households are not eligible for this Contest.

    How to enter

    NO PURCHASE REQUIRED

    1. During the Contest period, any eligible person may obtain one (1) entry as follows:
      1. To be eligible, the entrant must fill out the entry form available from the Contest's posting on Facebook and Instagram and at https://www.fondsftq.com/en/contests/alouettes-game-the80s
      2. Only one entry per person for the Contest period.
      3. Odds of winning a prize depend on the numbers of entrants.

    Prize description

    1. Prize: Five (5) winners will each win:
      • Four (4) tickets for the Saturday August 2, 2025, game at the Percival Molson Stadium at 7 p.m. on the theme of "The 80s";

        • AND

      • Access to the Fonds' tailgate at 5:30 p.m., including hot-dog, chips and a beverage;
      • After-game access to the field for four (4) people.

        • o Total Prize value: CA$3,290.

    2. The award of the Prizes is subject to the terms and conditions described in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the "Prize award method" of these rules and regulations.
    3. Each Prize is non-exchangeable, non-negotiable and non-transferable. Winners will assume and be responsible for any expenses and costs not provided for in these rules and regulations.

    Prize award method

    1. Using a random draw software, five (5) persons will be randomly drawn among the Contest entrants. The draw will be held at the Fonds de solidarité FTQ head office in Montréal on June 25, 2025.
    2. The results will be observed by a Fonds de solidarité FTQ representative.
    3. As an additional condition to be declared a winner, you will have to:
      1. Fill out and return to the Fonds, within three (3) days of its receipt, the Declaration and Release Form sent to you by the Fonds, including correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question included therein.
    4. By signing the Declaration Form, you will:
      1. Accept your prize as described in these Contest rules and regulations;
      2. Agree that you may not transfer or sell your prize to another person or replace it with another prize.
    5. Failure to comply with all the conditions of these rules and regulations will result in the cancellation of the winner's entry, and a new draw will be held, in accordance with these rules and regulations, until a new entrant is selected and declared a winner.
    6. The winners of a prize release the Fonds (the Contest organizer), its marketing and advertising agencies as well as its employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any damages arising out of the acceptance or use of the prize.
    7. The names of the winners will be posted on the Fonds' website at https://www.fondsftq.com/en/contests/alouettes-game-the80s.
    8. Should you be one of the Contest winners, the Fonds will want to collect, use and disclose your personal information to award the Prize. To learn more, please read the Privacy Notice
    9. The Fonds, its marketing and advertising agencies, employees, agents and representatives disclaim all liability for failure of the Internet or the website, for any problems or technical malfunction with regards to any network, telephone lines, online computer systems, servers, address providers, computer hardware, software, for any failure to deliver or receive an electronic message, for any damage or loss that may be caused directly or indirectly, in part or in whole, by the downloading of any Web page or software, any technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including any damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from entering the Contest or by receiving any material related to the Contest or the acceptance of a prize.
    10. The Fonds reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, this Contest should any event or any human intervention corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, as described in these rules and regulations. In any event, the Fonds, its affiliates, marketing and advertising agencies, suppliers of goods and services related to this Contest as well as its employees, agents and representatives cannot be obliged to award more prizes or to award one or more prizes in a manner different from what is stated in these rules and regulations.
    11. The Fonds will have to disclose your personal information to business partners with whom it collaborates to conduct this Contest. Your personal information will usually be stored in Québec. However, the disclosure of your financial information to the provider may result in such data being transferred outside of Québec. In such cases, the Fonds will validate beforehand the applicable personal data protection laws and practices in the given jurisdiction and ensure that your personal information is appropriately protected.
    12. These rules and regulations are posted on the Fonds de solidarité FTQ's website at https://www.fondsftq.com/en/contests/alouettes-game-the80s. You may at any time access to or modify the personal information provided in connection with the Contest or withdraw your consent when permitted and ask us questions about how your personal information is handled as part of the Contest. To exercise your rights, request the withdrawal of your consent or file a complaint about the handling of your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer at prp@fondsftq.com.
