Annual General Shareholders' Meeting
Your vote counts!
As a Fonds shareholder, you are entitled to exercise the voting rights attached to the shares you hold. Each share you hold entitles you to one vote. You are therefore invited to take part in the Fonds' democratic life by electing the board members who will form the next board of directors and by appointing the independent auditor.

Shareholders can vote in person, or by logging in to the Meeting from 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
Shareholders can vote in a number of ways before 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Online
Vote online before 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, using your 13-digit control number found on the front of the form "Voting as a Fonds Shareholder." In this case, you will not need to complete and return the form "Voting as a Fonds Shareholder" (Proxy).
By telephone
Monday to Friday: from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Call 1-877-534-8322 (toll-free in Canada and the United States) and a TSX Trust Company agent will accompany you to vote.
You will need your 13-digit control number found on the front of the form "Voting as a Fonds Shareholder". Call before 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
By mail
Complete, sign, and date the back of the form "Voting as a Fonds Shareholder". Return it before 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to TSX Trust Company at the address below.

Complete the form in the "Voting as a Fonds Shareholder". document, making sure you sign and date it, and fax it to 416-607-7964, or scan it and email it to proxyvote@tmx.com before 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
By a person representing you
Give your completed, signed, and dated form to the person representing you (proxy). The form must be sent to TSX Trust Company by mail, fax, or email before 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. If the person representing you attends the Meeting remotely, they must obtain a new 13-digit control number at www.tsxtrust.com/control or at 1 877 534-8322, before 4:45 p.m. September 30, 2026. If they attend in person, they do not need a new control number.
Your form can also be handed to a TSX Trust Company representative at the Sheraton Centre Montreal between 9:00 a.m. and noon on Friday, October 2, 2026. In this case, the person representing you must attend the Meeting in person but does not need to obtain a new 13-digit control number.
What is a proxy?
By voting by proxy, you appoint the person named in your proxy form (the proxyholder) to vote your shares. Please note that your proxyholder must have contacted TSX Trust Company by 4:45 p.m. on September 30.
How to exercice your right to vote (in French only)
For every shareholder who votes, the Fonds will donate $3 (up to $20,000) for the cause of women victims of domestic violence. Another way to express your solidarity.
