Libre-échange with the CEO
The Fonds de solidarité FTQ is a company that encourages transparency and the implication of its employees.
These meetings allow employees to communicate directly with their CEO, the management committee and other staff members. They are set up on a voluntary basis and meant to discuss various business challenges.
The sessions are a great opportunity to ask questions and exchange opinions on current affairs.
Lunch n’Learn is an activity that brings employees together to discuss and ask questions about events in the business world that affect the Fonds de solidarité FTQ.
