      Geoffrey Ancinon s’est joint au Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ en 2005, où il occupe le poste de chargé de projet à la vice-présidence Investissement. Œuvrant dans le domaine de l’immobilier depuis 10 ans, il détient une solide expertise en évaluation immobilière.

      Avant de se joindre au Fonds immobilier, M. Ancinon a travaillé chez Nexity, important promoteur immobilier en France. Par ailleurs, il est titulaire d’un DESS en droit immobilier de l’Université de droit de Paris XII et d’un DESS en ingénierie immobilière de l’Université de sciences économiques et gestion de Paris XII.

      Born in the Lanaudière region, Pierre has been contributing to regional economic growth since 1985, first as an entrepreneur, then at the Fonds régionaux. Before joining the team, he held various positions and climbed several ranks - from rep to sales manager to CEO. In fact, his business acumen and determination quickly led him to acquire the company that had hired him. That's how he came to be at the helm of his own SME, Les Engrais Lanaudière inc., for 15 years. This career path enabled Pierre to explore not only the various facets of a business but of people as well, and it is this background combined with his financial expertise that helps him support Lanaudière entrepreneurs with tact and intelligence. Pierre is a Financial Security Advisor and holds a Certificate in Administration, General Credit Management from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

      Raynald Aubin joined the Fonds de solidarité FTQ in 1988. With over 25 years of relevant experience, he has participated in the financing of many companies and helped partner companies with their expansion plans. The Fonds' partner companies benefit from his extensive network of contacts and industry knowledge. He is valued by clients for being attuned to their needs. Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from Université Laval, Raynald Aubin has served on different types of boards in the manufacturing industry, i.e. associations, private firms and public companies.

      Louis Aubuchon joined the Fonds de solidarité FTQ in 1996. With over 20 years of professional experience, he is known as one of the few experts in tourism infrastructure financing in Québec. Mr. Aubuchon sits on several boards in the recreational tourism industry. Prior to his arrival at the Fonds, Mr. Aubuchon built his expertise working for various types of organizations, including a prominent accounting firm. Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, he is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec.

      Julie Ayotte joined the Fonds de solidarité FTQ in 2015 as a tax expert. Prior to her arrival at the Fonds, she spent seven years as Manager, Private Tax, at one of Canada's largest professional services firms. During her career, Ms. Ayotte has developed extensive expertise in taxation, particularly in the area of research and analysis of complex tax provisions. She completed her studies at HEC Montréal, where she obtained a Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M. Fisc.), a graduate diploma in public accounting (D.E.S.S.), and a Bachelor of Administration. She holds the designation of Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA).

      Janie C. Béïque joined the Fonds de solidarité FTQ in 2000. Prior to her appointment as Senior Vice-President, Natural Resources, Industries and Consumer Goods, Me Béïque was Senior Vice-President, New Economy, and before that, Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary, where she was responsible for legal and regulatory issues and government matters. She has also served on the Fonds' Management Committee. Me Beïque currently sits on several Fonds committees, including the Investment Management Committee. She is a board director of Canada's Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA) and a member of the Autorité des marchés financiers' advisory committee on SME financing and of the Teralys Capital investment committee. Lastly, she sits on the jury of the Grand Prix québécois de la qualité awards. In the past, Me Beïque was co-chair of Réseau Capital and a member of its executive committee and board. She also served on the boards of BioQuébec and Montréal InVivo. Prior to her arrival at the Fonds, Me Beïque worked for a prominent law firm. In 2005, she was named one of Canada's top corporate lawyers under 40 by Lexpert magazine. Holder of a law degree from Université de Montréal, Me Beïque has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1991 and is registered on the roll of the Ordre.
    • Benoit Beauséjour

      Benoit Beauséjour has over 20 years of experience in short- and long-term traditional financing, including 5 years in regional economic development. He joined the Fonds de solidarité FTQ in 2016 as Senior Investment Advisor - Due Diligence and Special Mandates and, since 2017, he has been Senior Investment Advisor in the Life Sciences sector. Mr. Beauséjour previously worked as Senior Manager, Business Market at Desjardins Group and as Account Manager, Mid-Market Enterprises at Bank of Montreal and Desjardins from 2005 to 2007 and 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, he was Senior Manager, Business Development at the Business Development Bank of Canada from 1998 to 2005. Benoit Beauséjour holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Université de Sherbrooke. He also holds the CIRP (Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional) designation in the field of business turnaround, which is an asset for identifying risk situations and proactively supporting businesses.

      Normand Bélanger s’est joint au réseau du Fonds de solidarité FTQ en 1987. Aujourd’hui président-directeur général du Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, il a auparavant  occupé différents postes au sein du réseau : vice-président principal – Aérospatiale, construction, services et transport ; vice-président aux investissements – Construction, immobilier et développement des exportations ; directeur aux investissements – Redressement ; directeur de portefeuille ; conseiller financier ; analyste financier et agent de développement.

      M. Bélanger est diplômé en gestion financière de HEC Montréal, en relations industrielles de l'Université de Montréal et en administration de l'Université du Québec à Montréal. Par ailleurs, il est membre de l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec. Il a également obtenu la certification universitaire en gouvernance de sociétés du Collège des administrateurs de sociétés de l’Université Laval.

      Au cours de sa carrière, M. Bélanger a agi à titre d’administrateur pour plusieurs entreprises publiques et privées dans lesquelles le Fonds de solidarité détenait une participation dans les secteurs d’activité qui étaient sous sa responsabilité.

    • Pierre Belle-Isle

      Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ

      Pierre Belle-Isle s’est joint au Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ en 2016 à titre de chargé de projet à la vice-présidence Investissements. Oeuvrant dans le domaine de l’immobilier depuis plus de 11 ans, il détient une expérience significative dans diverses classes d'actifs (bureaux, multirésidentiels, résidences pour personnes retraitées, centres commerciaux et hôtels).

      Après avoir débuté sa carrière en évaluation immobilière chez Raymond Chabot Grant Thorton, M. Belle-Isle a occupé pendant 8 ans diverses fonctions en analyse financière de projets immobiliers, en valeurs marchandes et en gestion d’actifs chez SITQ/Ivanhoé Cambridge (filiale immobilière de la Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec).

      M. Belle-Isle est détenteur d’un baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec spécialisation en gestion des PME et entrepreneuriat en plus d’un certificat en comptabilité et d’un microprogramme en gestion urbaine et immobilière de l’Université Laval à Québec. Il est également membre de l’Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec.
