| | LUMP-SUM PAYMENTS If your employer does not offer payroll deduction and pre-authorized withdrawals do not suit your needs, you can still purchase Fund shares in a single payment.
It is generally easier and financially more advantageous to contribute each year to your RRSP rather than contribute a larger amount, say, every five years. A small amount invested each year will allow you to attain your financial retirement goals. Let us look at an example:
How to calculate the purchase price
The number of shares you will register in the Fund RRSP is obtained by dividing the purchase price by the share price.
Four convenient ways to pay:
- Cheque, made payable to the Solidarity Fund QFL
- Interac direct payment
- Money order
- Bank draft
Just attach your cheque, money order or bank draft in the amount you wish to contribute to the subscription form. Our field offices in several cities also accept Interac payment.
Note: An account-opening fee of $25 will be charged when you enrol in the Fund. There are no other administration fees. The Fund must inform you in writing at least 30 days in advance of any change in the fee policy.
