The Solidarity Fund QFL answers to a Board of Directors composed of ten persons appointed by the General Council of the Québec Federation of Labour (QFL), two persons elected at the annual meeting of Class A, Series 1 shareholders, and four persons appointed by the twelve preceding directors to represent industrial companies, financial institutions and the socio-economic sectors.
