    Personal Shareholder Number (PSN)

    To protect information confidentiality, the Fund set up a personal shareholder number (PSN) system in December 1999.

    Your PSN will be included in all written communications and you will be able to use it to identify yourself when calling Shareholder Services.

    However, if you prefer, you may continue using your Social Insurance Number for identification.



    Fees and confidentiality
     
    Fee policy
    The fund implemented a new fee policy on January 1, 1999 under which a one-time enrolment fee of $25.00 (taxes included) is charged when opening a new shareholder account. Outstanding fees, if applicable, may be paid at any time.

    Confidentiality policy
    The purpose of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector is to protect the confidential nature of personal information and the right to privacy. The Fund adheres fully to this objective and complies with all provisions governing the collection, possession, use and communication of personal information.
