COMPLETION OF THE QUARTIER INTERNATIONAL DE MONTRÉAL: Cogir Real Estate, DevMcGill and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ unveil the condo phase of the landmark Humaniti real estate project

MONTRÉAL, April 24, 2018Cogir Real Estate, DevMcGill and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ have unveiled the condo phase of the Humaniti real estate project: an intelligent, connected, green, and luxurious ecosystem that targets LEED and WELL certifications, a first in Québec. Valued at over $200 million, the Humaniti project – to occupy the area bordered by Viger, de Bleury, de la Gauchetière and Hermine streets – will be the finishing touch on Montréal’s Quartier international.

The 158 units, ranging in size from 400 ft2 to 3,000 ft2, will all be located on the upper floors of the Humaniti project’s large vertical tower, providing spectacular and unobstructed views of the city. Amenities for residents include an exclusive swimming pool and sky lounge, private elevators and parking, as well as access to all the services offered by Marriott’s Autograph Collection Hotel: the first of this chain to open in Québec. These services include a connected fitness centre, a spa with massage and beauty treatments, housekeeping, on-site and virtual concierge service, valet service, laundry service, meal service, a business centre, a shared work area, and a smart post office.

Lemay is responsible for the architectural design of these condos, whose finishing touches really do reflect the Humaniti lifestyle, evoking connectivity, community spirit, and Humankind. Potential residents can choose from one of three moods – luminous, eccentric, or natural – depending on their personality.

Humaniti is aimed at urbanites eager to move into the city’s dynamic Quartier international, at the junction of the Quartier des spectacles and Old Montréal.

The 158 units will go on sale April 26, 2018, and the first deliveries are scheduled for summer 2020.
