Lévis, October 25, 2019 – Habitations Trigone and its partner Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ today announced the launch of Axcès Trigone Le Nicolas. Located in the Lévis district of Saint-Nicolas, Axcès Trigone Le Nicolas is the first residential rental project in the region to use an all-inclusive formula.
Axcès Trigone Le Nicolas offers tenants a simplified monthly bill that includes rent, Internet, telephone, cable, electricity and A/C. Each apartment also comes with five appliances.
Slated for completion in summer 2020, the complex, consisting of 134 apartments over 8 floors, is situated in a prime location offering a variety of services and easy access to bridges, highways and Parc-Relais-Bus.
“For our expansion in Québec City, we have chosen to partner with Gilles Pelletier, an active local promoter, and Construction Dinamo for the construction. This $25 million project, the first of others to come, stems from our desire to properly serve the Québec City population by offering products suited to their lifestyle using the all-inclusive formula that has been so successful for us in the Montréal area, where it was first launched,” said Habitations Trigone president Patrice St-Pierre.
“The real estate market has been growing steadily in Saint-Nicolas for a few years now. I have no doubt that the Axcès Trigone banner will be very successful here because it meets the needs of a large pool of people looking for well-priced, quality housing,” said Gilles Pelletier, who has invested in the Axcès Trigone Le Nicolas development.
“We are very happy to continue investing in the Québec City real estate market, where we have $377 million of projects either in development or in the portfolio, including l’Arrondissement 74, with 92 rental units, and Espace Orsainville, with 32 rental units. Including this latest project, we’ve teamed up on 22 projects with Habitations Trigone, which is forging ahead with its growth plan for the Montréal and Québec City CMAs,” said Normand Bélanger, president and CEO of the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ.
