Simon Tancredi, Director of Montreal, WeWork

• This is our first location in Old Montreal and we’re looking forward to continuing our expansion into new neighbourhoods around the city. Humaniti is an exciting, new development and will cater to our growing mid-market and enterprise members as well as entrepreneurs and startups.

Mathieu Duguay, CEO of Cogir real estate.
• As developer and investor in Humaniti, we welcome WeWork with open arms as we know they will be a strong complement to this unique development. Humaniti is the first vertically-evolved community in Montreal and already a world renowned project. Humaniti is bringing to life a vision fully in line with today’s sharing economy and next generation of real estate. We are hoping to collaborate on more projects with WeWork and believe this will be a flagship location for both organizations.

• WeWork is a perfect tenant for this avant-garde project that targets a clientele with strong values and is fully in line with our innovative vision for Humaniti.
