Habitations Trigone and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ Launch Residential Project AXCÈS TRIGONE STE-THÉRÈSE

Sainte-Thérèse, November 21, 2018Habitations Trigone and its partner Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ broke ground this morning on Axcès Trigone Ste-Thérèse, an 84-unit residential development that marks the fourth project under the Axcès Trigone banner.

Located at 281 Place Claude-Dagenais in Sainte-Thérèse, this residential complex will welcome its first occupants in July 2019. Habitations Trigone will once again be offering its popular all-inclusive formula where tenants receive a single monthly bill that includes Internet service, telephone, cable, electricity, A/C and appliances.

“We found that other clienteles were also very interested in the all-inclusive concept offered under our Viva-Cité banner, which is geared to the 55+ crowd. We created the Axcès Trigone banner in order to be able to offer this all-inclusive formula to all types of households.”

Patrice St-Pierre, President of Habitations Trigone.

“We are partners in Habitations Trigone’s growth. This developer is building a large portfolio of projects under two banners: Viva-Cité, which targets the needs of baby-boomers, and Axcès Trigone, aimed at a broader public. In addition to creating jobs, these successful projects benefit the entire Québec economy, something we’re very proud of.”

Normand Bélanger, President and CEO of the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ.
