Fonds de solidarité FTQ Acquires Common Shares of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies

Montréal, April 27, 2018 – On June 13, 2018, the Fonds de solidarité FTQ acquired on the Toronto Stock Exchange, 106,400 common shares (“Common Shares”) of Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) at a price of $10.50 per share, for a total consideration of $1,117,200.00.

Prior to the acquisition, the Fonds de solidarité FTQ beneficially owned 1,537,771 Common Shares, which represented approximately 10.36% of the outstanding shares of the Company.

Following the acquisition, the Fonds de solidarité FTQ beneficially owns 1,644,171 Common Shares, representing approximately 11.07% of the outstanding shares of the Company.

The Common Shares will be held for investment purposes. The Fonds de solidarité FTQ will evaluate its investment from time to time and may increase or decrease its beneficial ownership as circumstances require.
