Award-winning residential development Tour des Canadiens 2 construction kicks off south of Saint-Antoine Street

MONTREAL, Quebec – September 21, 2016 – The Cadillac Fairview, Canderel, Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Club de hockey Canadien consortium is proud to mark the official start of construction of Tour des Canadiens 2, another important milestone for Quad Windsor. This ground-breaking marks the start of the first Quad Windsor phase to begin construction south of Saint-Antoine Street.

“It is exciting to see Quad Windsor take shape and become a reality. The beginning of construction south of Saint-Antoine Street is another step in the integrated urban neighbourhood that has been created in the new heart of downtown. The unique design and amenities combined with the integration of sports and entertainment is at the core of the project’s success. We’re proud to contribute to the vitality of the city’s real estate sector and to begin construction. With such enthusiasm for the Montreal Canadiens and for the project, we’re excited to see that the area around the Bell Centre is becoming a unique urban neighbourhood,” said the project partners.

Just as Tour des Canadiens 2 is breaking-ground, Tour des Canadiens is proudly welcoming its new occupants. Both towers have generated unprecedented excitement in the city and for the real estate market as Montreal’s most successful condo development. With exclusive access to the Montreal Canadiens, Tour des Canadiens and Tour des Canadiens 2 occupants will be able to live in the heart of the action, with direct enclosed access to Tour Deloitte, the Bell Centre and Montreal’s underground network and transit system. Urban, vibrant and avant-garde, Quad Windsor is an evolution of downtown where commerce, entertainment, high-quality residences and green spaces will meet.

Suites start from $250,000, with penthouses also available. Those interested are invited to take advantage of the pre-construction rates.
