Montréal, February 12, 2013 – Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and its partner Groupe Lobato are pleased to announce that the Saint-Bruno-sur-le-lac project won the prestigious DOMUS award for the “Rental or condo unit of over $500,000 and less than $1 million” category, handed out February 9 at the 30th DOMUS Gala.
Created by the Association provinciale des constructeurs d’habitations du Québec (APCHQ) – Montréal region, the DOMUS contest has been honouring the best residential construction projects for 30 years.
“Now into the fifth year of our partnership with Groupe Lobato, we are proud to be associated with this solid developer, known for its high-quality projects on Montréal’s South Shore. This is the fourth DOMUS award for Saint-Bruno-sur-le-lac, a testament to its unique concept and high-end construction.
