Habitations Trigone and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ Inaugurate AXCÈS TRIGONE STE-THÉRÈSE Residential Project

Sainte-Thérèse, October 16, 2019 – This morning, Habitations Trigone and its partner Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ inaugurated Axcès Trigone Ste-Thérèse.

Located at 281 Place Claude-Dagenais in Sainte-Thérèse, this residential development is the fourth of its kind under the Axcès Trigone banner, an all-inclusive rental concept that has quickly won over the public with its simplified monthly bill that includes rent, Internet, telephone, cable, electricity, A/C and appliances.

“This concept was so popular in the Viva-Cité developments, which are geared to the 55+ crowd, that we rolled it out to Axcès Trigone, which reaches a wider clientele,” said Patrice St-Pierre, president of Habitations Trigone.

The building inaugurated today has 84 units over 6 floors. Two more buildings will follow for a total of 224 apartments once the project is completed. This part of Ste-Thérèse offers a good mix of neighbourhood services and merchants, as well as access to nearby Parc Ducharme, Collège Lionel-Groulx, the city’s cultural and community centre, and public transit (commuter train to Montréal).

“Habitations Trigone has a solid growth plan driven by projects in the Montréal and Québec City CMAs. We are proud to participate in the construction of 21 housing complexes whose concepts respond so well to the needs of targeted and diversified clienteles,” said in turn Normand Bélanger, president and CEO of the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ.
