Habitations Trigone and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ Inaugurate Viva-Cité Delson Residential Complex

Delson, October 19, 2018 – Habitations Trigone and its partner Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ this week inaugurated the new Viva-Cité Delson residential complex.

Located in Delson, near all services, the 191-unit building is part of the of the Viva-Cité banner, a rental housing concept that offers all-inclusive condo-style apartments for 55+ active adults.

The Viva-Cité concept offers all-inclusive condo-style apartments geared to active adults. Occupants have access to a pool, terrace, gym, reception room with a large kitchen, dining room and pool room. Among the services available to residents is an activity program developed by a recreationologist. Rent includes Internet, telephone, cable, electricity, air conditioning and appliances.
