Jonquière, September 22, 2017 – The Delta hotel in Jonquière was recently acquired by a group of local investors led by businessman Laval Boulianne. The deal was supported, in particular, by an equity investment and a loan from the Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Saguenay—Lac-St-Jean.
Located near highway 70 and Royaume Boulevard, two of the main arteries in Saguenay, the Delta Saguenay is a 4-star hotel with 155 rooms and a 13-room conference centre. Before the transaction, the property was owned by Vista Group, a company with offices in Kitchener and New York.
