Gatineau, June 16, 2016 – Founded in 1972, Boiseries Boileau specializes in the design and fabrication of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The company’s owner since 2009, Jean-Luc Beaudoin is constantly adapting to meet his customers’ changing needs. Boileau currently has 20 employees, including 11 in Gatineau and 9 at its Thurso factories.

In order to support Boiseries Boileau’s growth, the Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ (FRS) invested $500,000 to enable the company to purchase a building in Gatineau and to modernize its sales and manufacturing operations.

“Thanks to the expertise of its teams, Boiseries Boileau has built an enviable reputation in Outaouais over the last 40 years. Consequently, this manufacturing SME has become a key player in the region’s wood processing industry,” said Édith Gaudet, regional director of the Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Outaouais.
