Montréal, December 10, 2012 – The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ (“Fonds immobilier”) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Constructions René Courchesne for the construction of a 54-unit residential condominium project in the Pointe-du-Lac area of Trois-Rivières.
Located on rue Notre-Dame West, the Les Haltes du Roi development will consist of nine buildings with six well-appointed units each, averaging 1,750 sq. ft. in size. Construction is already underway for the first building, with delivery slated for February 2013.
Les Haltes du Roi residents will enjoy a fabulous view of the Saint Lawrence River, along with cycling paths and walking trails nearby, as well as the Pointe-du-Lac Tonnancour windmill, a tranquil historical site considered one of Québec’s architectural gems.
