Montréal, October 4, 2012 – The excitement surrounding the District Griffin project shows no signs of abating. Less than one year after Phase 1 went on sale, the developers are launching Phase 4. The vision of partners Devimco and Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ is still right on the money with this important multi-service complex that will define the backdrop of the Griffintown neighbourhood.
