Trellia Announces Financing of USD 3.5 Million Solidarity Fund QFL and Skypoint Capital Invest in Trellia

Montreal, June 14th, 2007 – Trellia Networks Inc., leading developer of intelligent mobility solutions based in Montreal, announced today it has received USD 3.5 million in financing from Solidarity Fund QFL and Skypoint Capital.

This funding announcement represents the second investment in Trellia by Skypoint Capital. The last investment, totalling USD 3.3 million, dates back to 2005.
