No. However, the Fonds may limit the subscription options available in order to meet its commitments and maintain a balanced business model. This potential limit will not affect savers who contribute via payroll deduction.

Can I contribute to my employees' RRSP+ instead of offering a cash bonus?
Yes. In fact, this is a great way to give more to your employees. Amounts you pay your employees in the framework of an RRSP+ contribution program are not included in your payroll taxes.¹ Unlike traditional bonuses, these contributions have no impact on your deductions and employer contributions.

Who can contribute to the RRSP+ at the Fonds?
To contribute to the RRSP+, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the province of Québec. As soon as a person receives employment income, they can contribute to an RRSP and start building capital for retirement.
