REDEMPTION CONDITIONS

Serious and irreversible illness


The Fund will redeem your shares under the "Serious and irreversible illness2" criterion according to the following conditions and upon presentation of the required proof.

Conditions
You, your spouse or dependent child1 is terminally ill.

Proof required
The Fund’s "Redemption Request - Serious and irreversible illness" duly completed and signed, including a declaration from the attending physician.

Eligible shares
All the shares.

Payment terms and conditions
Eligible shares will be redeemed in a maximum of two payments.

The payment will be issued by cheque, direct deposit or transferred to another financial institution using form T2033, available at all financial institutions.

If less than 20 shares remain in your account, they will be automatically redeemed.

Subsequent acquisition of shares
You may not purchase any more shares unless the request concerns your spouse or dependent child, in which case you may do so one year after the redemption date.


1 "Dependent child" as defined by Québec Taxation Act.
2 Serious and irreversible illness means an illness wich has reached the final stage.
