Denis Leclerc



Executive Vice-President - Shareholder Services



Denis Leclerc joined the Solidarity Fund QFL in 1985 and has
been Executive Vice-President, Shareholder Services, since October
1997. As such, he sits on the Fund’s management committee. In 2002,
Mr. Leclerc was appointed President and CEO of the Fondation de la
formation économique.

Before assuming the position of Executive Vice-President,

Shareholder Services, Mr. Leclerc was Vice-President, Shareholder
Services (1992), Assistant Vice-President, Shareholder Services
(1991), Subscriptions Director (1989), and before that, Union
Coordinator for the Canadian Paperworkers Union (SCTP).

A union activist for many years, Mr. Leclerc was Chairman of the

Conseil régional des travailleurs et travailleuses du Centre du Québec
in the 1980s. He was also a member of the bargaining unit at CIP inc.
in Trois-Rivières, where he also spent several months training and
coaching local representatives as well as coordinating subscription
activities on behalf of the Fund.

Denis Leclerc studied communications, social science and marketing.

He also holds a diploma in corporate governance from the Collège
des administrateurs de sociétés at Université Laval. Mr. Leclerc is a
member of the Québec Federation of Labour, the Publicité Club de
Montréal, the American Marketing Association and the Association de
planification financière et fiscale.

Mr. Leclerc also serves on various boards of directors: Maison des

Futailles, Canadian Foundation for Economic Education, Ordre des
conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles du
Québec, and the Fund’s Fondation de la formation économique.
