| | AN INDISPENSABLE RESOURCE The local representatives, or LRs, are the Fund’s ambassadors in the workplace. Playing a key role in our development and growth, their mandate is to inform their colleagues about the advantages of enrolling in the Solidarity Fund QFL.
Our LRs promote the Fund’s RRSP to their co-workers and members of the Fund’s affiliated unions. They also explain the Fund’s various missions, its investments and any developments in the organization. The LRs receive special training to help them carry out their role.
Because of their ongoing training, the LRs have the necessary knowledge to be able to advise shareholders on matters such as tax shelters, savings and income retirement vehicles.
