Normand Chouinard

Senior Vice-President, Natural Resources, Industries and Consumer Goods

Normand Chouinard began his career with the Solidarity Fund QFL in April 2004 as Investment Director, Agri-food, Chemistry and Plastics. On February 1, 2006, he was promoted to Senior Vice-President, Natural Resources, Industries and Consumer Goods.

Mr. Chouinard obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration(finance major) from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in 1980.

He then went on to develop expertise in SME financing, working for such institutions as the Business Development Bank of Canada, the Bank of Montréal and Mouvement Desjardins.

Mr. Chouinard joined the Fund family in 1998 as Director General of the Regional Solidarity Fund QFL Montérégie.
