Yvon Bolduc

President and CEO of the Solidarity Fund QFL

Yvon Bolduc was appointed President and CEO of the Solidarity Fund QFL in February 2006.

Since joining the Fund in 2002 and until his latest appointment, Mr. Bolduc was Executive Vice-President, Investments, and in this capacity was responsible for the organization’s investment activities.

Before joining the Fund, Mr. Bolduc worked for Canada Post from 2000 to 2002 as Vice-President, Corporate Development, overseeing the company’s corporate transactions.

From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Bolduc was Vice-President, Legal Affairs, at G.T.C. Transcontinental Group, where he played a key role in the company’s development.

Lastly, after serving in the Canadian Armed Forces in various officer positions, Mr. Bolduc joined the legal firm of Stikeman Elliott in 1985.

Mr. Bolduc holds a Law degree and an MBA from Ottawa University, as well as a B.Sc. in Physical Education from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
