Michel Coulombe



Vice-President - Due Diligence and Administration



Michel Coulombe joined the Solidarity Fund QFL in 1990 as Director - Financial Analysis and Management, a position he held until 1998 at which time he was appointed assistant to the chief investment officer. In 2002, he was appointed Vice-President - Due Diligence and Administration.

Mr. Coulombe was a partner at Lauzon, Coulombe et associés from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, he spent six years as a project manager specializing in business valuations with Raymond, Chabot, Martin, Paré & Cie. Mr. Coulombe began his career as a chartered accountant, completing an apprenticeship with Maheu Noiseux in Québec City.

He is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec.

An experienced accountant, administrator and manager, Mr. Coulombe holds a Bachelor of Administration and a degree in accounting from Université Laval in Québec City. While working as a valuator and a manager, Mr. Coulombe also taught in the Université du Québec network, in Montréal, Chicoutimi and Abitibi, as well as at the École du Barreau in Montréal.
