FINANCING CRITERIA

The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ gives preference to projects that meet the following criteria:  

  • solid ROI
  • low debt ratio
  • target a critical mass in a market niche
  • window of opportunity to dispose of the project in the medium term;
  • involves real estate development or redevelopment
