A winning strategy based on investment diversification  

The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ looks for high-return projects in all segments of the real estate market while limiting risk in order to protect the investment. 

To this end, the Fonds immobilier: 

  • invests in real estate projects at the start-up phase through equity and mezzanine loans
  • acquires vacant lots or properties with redevelopment potential with a view to  increasing their value
  • expands its portfolio of assets under management through current or future partnerships
  • encourages green projects, for example, LEEDTM
