From the start of his career, Pascal was interested in financing SMEs, first as Account Manager at CIBC in Montreal and then at RBC in Laval, before joining the Fonds régionaux. Since joining the team, he has contributed to more than thirty investment projects. Over the years, he has developed close relationships with his clients and all the members of his network. With the benefit of excellent listening skills, Pascal takes a keen interest in business models and the supply and sales cycle. While a generalist in his approach, he has developed expertise in foreign supply chains. Pascal Champoux holds an executive MBA from Université de Sherbrooke and a B.B.A. from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.

Subordinated debt, bank financing, leasing… Martin knows business financing inside out. Especially when it comes to structured debt or venture capital to support the growth of SMEs and complete a project's financing package. A closer look at his career path, and this is no surprise. Along with solid experience in traditional bank financing and subordinated debt, Martin was Divisional Manager, Innovation & Technology, Structured Succession & Acquisition Financing at BMO. In 2012, Martin returned to the Fonds régionaux after advising various SME owners on their expansion, merger and acquisition projects and their strategic decisions. He now generously shares his knowledge and experience with his business partners. Martin Guestier holds an MBA with a concentration in SME Studies, and a B.Comm, Finance and International Business. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Intent on making sure she fully understands the business model of the company she is working with, Emmanuelle stands out for her creativity and ability to think outside the box. She joined the Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Montréal in 2018, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to her arrival at the Fonds régionaux, Emmanuelle spent several years in traditional financing before going on to develop solid expertise in subordinate financing. She worked at, among others, BDC Capital, Business Development Bank of Canada, Fédération des Caisses d'économie Desjardins and Desjardins Trust. At the beginning of her career, she was an import/export entrepreneur. Emmanuelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal in finance and international management and a certificate in commercial credit from TÉLUQ. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).

Johanne Martin is a member of the Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Montérégie since 2000. She's also appointed to the Montréal region. In addition to assisting the regional manager and providing the team with administrative support, she serves the Fonds de solidarité FTQ shareholders services in Montérégie.

Before joining the Fonds régionaux, François already had knowledge of business financing, which he continues to hone and renew. He was previously employed at KPMG, Crédit industriel Desjardins and the Société Financière Desjardins Laurentienne. For close to 25 years, he worked with SMEs. This advanced expertise combined with an ongoing commitment to contribute to the success of companies make him a sought-after business partner. An inspiring and pragmatic manager, he takes an active part in seeking solutions adapted to entrepreneurs. He stands out for his ability to deliver added value to his partners. Among his other responsibilities, François ensures team cohesiveness, stimulates its business development and supports it by participating in the development of adapted financial solutions.

In order to help his clients find solutions to the challenges they face and the projects they wish to bring to life, he makes expert use of his large business network. With 16 years of banking experience, most notably as a Director for TD's National Commercial Accounts, and nearly 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur and VP Finance in private businesses, Peter brings expertise to the table. From financing small and medium businesses to banking syndicates and development capital for businesses of all sizes, acquisitions and restructuring, his varied skills makes him a partner of choice for businesses in development. Peter Rayes holds a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in financial services from the University of Quebec in Montreal. He also has a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing, from Bishop's University.
