Frédéric first joined the team of the Fonds régionaux du Bas-Saint-Laurent in 2003 then moved to the Québec team. Throughout his career, he stayed focused on business growth and the region's development, having launched his career with the Fonds locaux de solidarité FTQ as Financial Analyst. He has also been a finance lecturer in the Department of Economics and Management at Université du Québec à Rimouski. Frédéric Bernard holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke and a B.B.A., Finance option from Université Laval.

Diane Jacques has been Assistant, Regional Management, at the Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Québec and Chaudière-Appalaches since 2005. In addition to assisting the general manager and providing the team with administrative support, she serves the Fonds de solidarité FTQ shareholders in her region.

Mathieu Morin joined the Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Québec in 2008 as Investment Technician and was subsequently promoted to Financial Analyst. Holder of a D.E.C. in administration with an option in Accounting and Finance from Cégep de Sainte-Foy, he worked in auditing from 1998 to 2008, and more specifically, for the Québec office of Samson Bélair Deloitte & Touche from 2000 to 2008.

Entrepreneurs can count on Danielle's vast experience in venture capital. When she joined our team in 1996 as Investment Advisor, she already had several years of experience as Financial Analyst at the Société québécoise d'initiatives agroalimentaires de Québec (SGF). Danielle has completed a number of financial transactions linked to succession projects, business acquisitions and sales, expansion projects and financial restructuring. Her track record reveals wide-ranging experience in the development capital field. She has also served on many boards of directors independently or as an institutional investor. Danielle Potvin is a graduate in business administration, accounting option from Université Laval.

Since 2004, Jean has also been General Director of the Fonds régionaux de Chaudières-Appalaches. Long interested in supporting the growth of companies in his region, Jean has extensive experience in business financing, largely acquired at Royal Bank of Canada where he was Commercial Account Manager. He then became Account Manager, responsible for developing the manufacturing sector, at GE Capital. Jean is particularly adept at mobilizing people around common objectives. For example, he chaired the Board of Directors of the Parc technologique du Québec métropolitain for three years. He is involved in community causes, including the Fondation de Lauberivière, where he has been a Director since 2001 and Chair since 2004. He is also Director of a non-profit organization under the Ville de Lévis. Jean Roy is a graduate in administrative science from Université Laval.
